I’m Jennifer and am so glad you’re here!

I’ve created this site to house short stories I'm working on that may or may not turn into something more. It's also a place for real life words because sometimes the most interesting stuff happens outside of the imagination and as entertained as I am to write it, someone might find it interesting to read;)

Who I Am

What does a B.S. in Communication, an M.S. in Criminology, a flight attendant, corporate trainer, social worker, and writer have in common? Great question! But it’s the path I took and wouldn’t change it even if I could.

In case you’d like to know a little more…

1. I’m a ruler follower to a fault – I won’t get in the 10 items and under lane if I have 11.

2. I could rewatch every episode of Seinfeld and Arrested Development and still laugh just as hard.

3. I have one husband and one kid, 2 fish and sometimes chickens:)

4. I really don't enjoy bowling.

5. Given the opportunity, I could probably eat a whole bucket of movie theater popcorn by myself.

6. I’m terrified of heights, but have no problem being in an airplane.

7. I’d like to be on a sailboat – in the open ocean – someday because it terrifies me.

8. I am passionate about learning history and geography.

9. I have a deep love for coffee, chocolate and any cuisine that uses limes.

10.  Despite what the media might want us to believe, this is a pretty cool world filled with people who are looking for the same things I am – to ease their suffering and find peace.
